Definitely Fishy Restyle by Eydea showcases the power of a creative imagination when coupled with the skills of a talented animator. The clever use of colour and motion make this piece extra special. (
No doubt about this one is stunning, impressive and very well done! I was actually like WOW when I first saw this. I love your choice of colors. You have really thought about using light against the dark ocean and at the same time a lot of the contrast. And it payed out! Specially with your orange fish vs the blue ocean. Clever thought! It really makes them the center of attention. You have also managed to make the fish seem very alive, like animators should be able to. And you are without a doubt an animator. I could actually see this drawing as part of a two dimensional animation. You shall definitely keep drawing! No doubt about that!
FISH! I love fish--they're my favorite animal! This grabbed my attention the moment I checked out the Daily Deviation page :-D I really like the happy fish with the glasses on the far left. And the rippling water effects look really cool--it's like you really are underwater, watching this scene. Maybe you are a human in another tank like the one in the picture, and this is what you see outside the glass.
That's a really interesting idea--what would it be like if fish were the dominating species and we humans were their pets, instead of the other way around like in our real world? I like how while most of the rest of the family is fixated on the TV, the young fish with the cap on the right is watching the humans in the tank and is fascinated/astounded by the chores they're doing. It's like he's thinking to himself, "Who knew pet humans could keep their own home clean by themselves with machines they invented themselves, without us master fish to help? And who knew they could have pets of their own (the two dogs near the fire hydrant in the tank)? Humans are fascinating creatures."
